I did a Project on " LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "at DOEACC "O" Level. The project work was totally done in FOXPRO. For guidance i used the book of Prof. R.K.Taxali

Also for PGDM, i did project from COAL INDIA LIMITED.

Description

The entire project work was carried out under the guidance of Mr. K.N.Basu (Statistical Manager – HRD). In this project I came to know regarding various type of employees ( Executives, Supervisors & Workers ), the types/methods of training provided to them, process of assessment of training needs of employees of CIL.

I also came to know regarding various training centres of CIL, Apex training centre, training board. I also gained knowledge regarding the benefits of training & limitations of training at CIL.
